Farady Academy: Training on Effective Team Meetings
The training combines theoretical instruction, case analysis, and hands-on exercises, and is specifically designed for team leaders to enhance their skills in meeting planning and management.
Teacher Zhu used authentic meeting videos to analyze common issues in everyday meetings and highlighted the critical role of effective team meetings as a key platform for work coordination, team building, and communication.
This course standardizes the entire process of conducting effective meetings, covering pre-meeting preparation and a six-step implementation framework, thereby providing team leaders with practical, actionable guidance.
Group six conducted a live‑simulation exercise, demonstrating strong learning capabilities and active participation.
Teacher Zhu pointed out that an effective meeting should be concise, clear, and highly participatory, thereby energizing the team and enhancing overall work efficiency and delivery performance.
As training came to a close, practice began.
